  • Spring Tea Group values and respects each customer's privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve customers' online shopping experience. Under no circumstances will Spring Tea Group provide, sell or rent customers' information to any third parties.

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • To the Contiguous U.S.A:

    Shipping is FREE for any purchase over $100.00 to the contiguous U.S.A (within the 48 States). A shipping charge of $7.95 is applied for all purchases under $100. All orders should be received within five business days via UPS Ground or United States Postal Services

  • To Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands:

    Orders to locations that UPS Ground cannot reach will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders under $100 will be charged the original shipping fee of $7.95 with an additional $9.00. Orders over $100 will only be charged a shipping fee of $9.00 per order. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.


Return Policy

  • Spring Tea group accepts any unopened items for a full refund within 30 days after shipment with a proof of purchase and all necessary shipping and handling fees paid for by customers. Please consult our sales representative at 909-374-5193 or email lukelee@springteausa.com for more detail.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Cancelled order or address errors: To cancel an order, customers must call within 4 hours to avoid cancellation fees (shipping cost), no emails will be accepted. For any refused packages or returns to www.springteasua.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund the sale amount back to your credit card after subtracting the shipping fee.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted. However, you will be charged shipping for the second shipment. Please return the product back to us with a note asking for the exchange. Any fee or credit will be put on your credit card.

  • Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
